Each week your child will be given ten spelling words to study at home based on the spelling pattern we are studying in class.

Monday:
Cut out the letters. Using the list here, call out the words to your child and have them build the word. For the more difficult words, have them build the word, mix it up, and then quickly re-build the word.
Tuesday:
Do the making words activity (above) again. Or, choose an activity from the spelling choice activities.
Wednesday:
Write each spelling word 3 times each.
Thursday:
Take a practice test on the test paper. Write the words you got wrong 5 times each.
